Watch Focus: Back to School

FRIDAY, Aug 15, 2015 As the school year begins, pray for your children returning to schools or colleges and the specific institutions they attend as well as children in your church. May the holy angels protect our children, and may God give them favor, wisdom and success all year. May biblical values undergird teachers and administrators, and may our educational system, from kindergarten to University, experience transformation and revival. Pray specifically by name your children’s teachers, principals and administrators. Pray also for all those being homeschooled, that the Lord would give wisdom and strength to families as they teach their children at home. We also want to lift up Christian schools and universities who are standing for biblical values in education.

Is. 54:13, “All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.”

Ps. 91:11, “For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.”

Prov. 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”
