Weekly Watch Focus: Back to School

FRIDAY, Aug 12, 2016— Put a hedge of protection around all our children as the new school year begins. Pray for your children returning to schools or colleges and the specific institutions they attend as well as children in your church. Where possible, lay hands on your children and bless them. Pray for wisdom, favor, and good success. Ask for God’s angelic protection to surround your children and their schools, bind back any satanic plans of violence and terror. Declare biblical values will undergird their teachers and administrators. Pray for our educational system, from kindergarten to university, to experience transformation and revival. Pray specifically by name your children’s teachers, principals and administrators. Pray also for all those being homeschooled, that the Lord would give wisdom and strength to families as they teach their children at home. Lift up Christian schools and universities who are standing for biblical values in education. Pray for various Christian campus ministries that strengthen our children in high school and college.
