Weekly Watch Focus: Pray for Israel and Israeli Elections

FRIDAY, March 1, 2019, Israel will be holding general elections next month on April 9th that are critical for Israel’s continued security and prosperity. Pray protection for candidates and voters. Pray that Israeli voters will have divine wisdom to vote for the candidates that will keep their nation safe from existential threats and will continue policies that will keep Israel prosperous. Pray for peaceful elections and bind back all fraud and manipulation that would try to defraud voters and sway the elections. Pray that Israel will vote for a leader and a government that will keep Jerusalem as Israel’s undivided capital, maintain a prospering economy and a strong defense against its many enemies. Benjamin Netanyahu has been a great friend and ally for America. We pray special covering for his physical safety and put a shield of protection from false accusations around him and his family.

We remember fellow believers who are oppressed and tortured for Christ’s sake. In communist China, Afghanistan, India, Nigeria, and other parts of the word, violent radicals or oppressive communism continue to persecute and even murder Christians.
We thank God and pray for our law enforcement. We ask the Lord for their safety and guidance as the carry out their duties with integrity.
As our children return to school, we cover them in prayer. Whether they attend public school, private school, home school, or college, we pray a special anointing over them.
There is a declaration of war in our culture against the identity of our children. Our foundational values and the preservation of identity for individuals and families through Christ as the building block of society is under attack.
Pray for financial recovery from what many economists are calling a recession. We humbly pray for a healthy economy and that integrity would be restored in leadership.
