Weekly Watch Focus: Spirit of Liberty

FRIDAY, June 29, 2012. On this July 4th weekend, give thanks for America and the godly heritage we enjoy. Though we have drifted far from the standards set by our founding fathers, we are in a fresh wave of revival to set the captives free. As we welcome the Holy Spirit, we proclaim Jubilee freedom in every corner of this land. We declare recovery of our Judeo-Christian foundations and the freedom of every person to pursue life, liberty, and happiness as a civil society under God. May America once again take her place as a shining city on a hill, a friend of Israel, and a defender of freedom among the nations. Let Freedom Ring!

Lev. 25:10 “Proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.”

2 Cor. 3:17 “Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”

Is. 61:1, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”
