Weekly Watch Focus: May God Protect us from Terror

FRIDAY, Aug 16, 2013 Let us bind those that are planning acts of terror. May their plans to kill and maim civilians be exposed and nullified. May God shield our armed forces wherever they are serving.  We pray for protection for all our embassies and consulates. May there be a special shield over our schools from any future attacks. May those who finance and support terror be defeated.

Ps. 91:5,6, “You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.”

Ps 125:2, “As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people from this time forth and forever.”

Ps. 27:2-5, When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident. One thing I have desired of the Lord, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; in the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.
