Weekly Watch Focus: Week 2—Pulling Down Strongholds

Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, In this season of humbling and fasting, we are praying for a great awakening across our nation. May the Holy Spirit sweep through every church, city, and state. In the all-prevailing name of Jesus let us pull down satanic strongholds that keep captive entire populations and nations. Bind back spirits of anti-christ and witchcraft that hold captive our government, media, economy, arts, and educational systems. Let us repent where we have surrendered our children, our culture, faith, and values to dark forces in the name of political correctness. May scales fall off our nation so we may discern between good and evil, choosing the ways of God. May we overcome every satanic resistance through the Blood of the Lamb and word of our testimony. Declare that victory over us, our families, church, city, nation, and economy. As we claim the promise of the Open Door in Isaiah 45, let us pray that the Lord will loose the armor of demonic kings…make the crooked places straight, break in pieces the gates of bronze, and cut the bars of iron
(Is. 45:1-2).

Rev. 12:11, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”

Is. 58:6, ““Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?”

Mark 3:27, “No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.”
