Weekly Watch Focus: Pray for our Cities and Nation
Friday, Feb 6, 2015, As there are new threats of terrorism this year from the radical Islamic terrorist, let us put up a shield of protection over our cities and nation. As we turn our hearts to the Lord in this season of prayer and fasting, may God protect us from future terrorist attacks and expose beforehand every terrorist activity planned to bring harm to America, to our troops here and abroad, and within our borders. Bind the satanic forces behind ISIS, Boko Haram, and other terrorist organizations. We pray for God’s mercy for our cities, that every plot and plan of the enemy would be thwarted. Bind back cyber-attacks that would seek to paralyze our nation’s security and prosperity. We also pray for the Lord to revive our economy and break the power of debt and poverty. May there be an abundant supply of jobs for economic restoration and prosperity. Let us break the chains of economic slavery over our nation, children, and grandchildren. Our spiraling national debt has already enslaved us to communist China (Prov. 22:7). May God make His people debt-free, and may we recover our national inheritance. May God give us leaders in every branch of government that will put us on paths of Biblical wisdom and prosperity. Cry out for mercy for families looking for jobs.

Ps. 37:25, “I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread.”
