Watch Focus: Remember 9-11

Friday, Sept 11, 2015 We remember the 3,000 innocents who lost their lives on that warm, sunny day of September 11, 2001 when terrorists attacked the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. Let us never forget the loss of those lives and families devastated by this tragedy. Let us thank our armed forces, police, fire, and emergency workers who constantly keep vigil to keep us safe. Continue to put a prayer shield over our nation and our allies to protect from future attacks.

Is 54:14, "In righteousness you shall be established; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near you."

Ps. 91:4, 11, “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.  For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.”

Ps 27:2-5, “When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell.  Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident. One thing I have desired of the Lord, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; in the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.”

Ps. 118:5-9 “I called on the Lord in distress; the Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? The Lord is for me among those who help me; therefore I shall see my desire on those who hate me. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.”
