Weekly Watch Focus: The Supreme Court—Antonin Scalia's Replacement
Friday, February 19, 2016, We mourn the recent death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and honor the memory of this great jurist. Justice Scalia was a pillar of strength for all Americans who value our Judeo-Christian foundations and the original intent of our constitution. His replacement on the Supreme Court will be critical to safegard the liberties Christians hold so dear. Pray for God’s grace to cover our nation’s freedoms at this crucial juncture.
Pray that those senators who treasure our constitutional freedoms will remain united in holding on until a committed conservative replacement is named to take Justice Scalia’s place. May the Lord watch over us and continue to give us justices who affirm our godly foundations, who will adhere to the original intent of our constitution, and who will protect the unborn and honor Christian marriage.
