Weekly Watch Focus: Welcome His Presence: Bringing Home the Ark

Friday, July 20, 2018—On May 14th, 2018, the 70th anniversary of the miracle of Israel’s rebirth, world focus centered on the United States, the world superpower, moving our embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. We are reminded of another occasion when Kind David brought up the Ark of His Presence to Jerusalem with great celebration. The Ark had to abide for three months in the home of Obed-Edom. The Ark represents the Glory of the Lord’s presence and it resulted in the most amazing blessing and prosperity on the home of Obed-Edom for generations.
In this prophetic season of America honoring Jerusalem, we pray for our homes, families, churches, cities, and nation. Let us with one accord welcome the Lord’s Ark of Presence and all the blessing, prosperity, and favor that accompanies it. “Lord, You are welcome, abide with us!” This is our prayer as we recall 2 Samuel 6.

Acts 1:8, “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
