We pray the God of all comfort would surround the families of the victims of the tragic building collapse in Florida. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”

Blessed is the Nation Whose God is the Lord

Join with other watchmen around the world in beseeching the Lord for His mercy and grace. “Ask of me and I will give you the nations as your inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth for your possessions” Psalm 2:8.

May the Lord grant us repentance that we as a church and as a nation turn from our own ways that God may send revival and the river of His presence to our homes, churches, and nation. 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Lord, release a mighty angelic force to do battle to protect and defend the body of Christ against the thief and the robber. We bind the destroyer from wreaking economic hardship. Bless us, Lord, for the sake of the gospel. Father, protect us from financial attack and deliver us from any mismanagement in the halls of government.

Pray that the Lord will heal the wounds that would try to divide America.  May we truly be one nation under God. Psalm 133, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity . . . For there the Lord commanded the blessing, life forevermore.”

We rebuke division. Bind the powers of darkness that stir up hate, bigotry, fear, and racism. Claim your neighborhood for the Lord. Claim your city. May the Lord use your presence there as a point of contact to release unity, peace, and revival to every home on your block. Make us one through the Spirit. Take authority over satanic strongholds and pray for restoration where Satan has divided between races. Make us one through the Spirit. Lord, teach our children and show them Your heart. We bind away racist lies and dividing tongues from their ears and minds.

Isaiah 54:13, “All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.”

Pray the spirit of evangelism with signs and wonders will fall on the church of Jesus, anointing them to bring in the harvest. Claim souls for Christ today.

Matthew 28:18-20, “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.  Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’ Amen.”

Luke 4:18, “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”

It is our destiny, ordained by God, to exist not only as one man or woman, but in nations. God ordains nations. He ordained this nation, a free people, worshipping Jesus. This is our God-given inheritance.

As we observe Father’s Day this week, may we first honor and worship our Father God. Give thanks for Father God’s gracious gift of His Son for the salvation of all.
Cities in America and across the world are continuing to be impacted by spikes in crime and hatred. Violent crime and hate crimes are on the rise. As God’s mighty intercessory army, we stand in the gap to see this violence come to an end.
Sunday, June 6th, is the seventy-seventh anniversary of the D-Day landing, where Allied forces invaded German-occupied France on the beaches of Normandy in 1944. If you walk those beaches, you will see burial grounds of young Americans.
