Watch Focus: 1.2 Million Refugees flee Ukraine

Haggai 2:6-9,“For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.’”

As the world watches the military engagement in Ukraine, we pray for the 1.2 million refugees who are fleeing and have fled the area, and the innocent civilians who remain in the country. We ask for the Lord’s mercy for the people of Ukraine. We ask for grace and peace for the refugees who have fled to the nations, including to Russia.

Lord God, let Your glory fall on all nations, especially on Ukraine and on Russia. We pray for peace in Ukraine. We pray for restoration and peace on the earth. Uproot the sources of war and conflict that are preventing peace. Empower the church in the nations to bring Your Spirit and power to the hurting and the lost. We rebuke demonic spirits of Marxism, Communism, anti-Semitism, and any power which seeks the destruction of nations. Renew the face of the earth (Psalm 104:30). May the glory of the Lord cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).

Psalm 33:12,22, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance. Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, just as we hope in You.”

We speak shalom to Ukraine and to Russia. Give wisdom and sovereign protection for all those who seek peace. Tear down those who thirst for power and those who desire violence and bloodshed. We pray for God's protective covering over every refugee fleeing Ukraine. We bless the nations that have opened their hearts and homes for them. We bless the Christian organizations helping provide food, shelter, and medicine. Father God, we ask that supernatural provision, comfort, and hope to fill these people. We pray for the Russian people as they face isolation from the outside world. May spiritual awakening and revival sweep across Russia and Ukraine and may the full gospel of Jesus Christ with signs, wonders and miracles following go forth. Holy Spirit come.

Psalm 104:30, “You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; And You renew the face of the earth.”

Revelation 22:2, “In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”

Revelation 21:5-6, “Then He who sat on the throne said, ‘Behold, I make all things new.’ And He said to me, ‘Write, for these words are true and faithful.’ And He said to me, ‘It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.’”

Revelation 21:24-26, “And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it.”

Habakkuk 2:14, “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
