Watch Focus - The Supreme Court Overturns Roe v. Wade

In a landmark decision in support of unborn children, the Supreme Court of the United States has reversed the 49 year old Roe vs. Wade decision. By deciding to uphold a Mississippi law that bans abortion after 15 weeks, the court’s ruling gives legislative authority on the issue of abortion back to the states. The opinion states, “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences.” Some states such as Texas have already passed pro-life laws that effectively ban abortion. The court has risen to the moment, overturning one of the greatest misinterpretations of the constitution in US history and returning the power on this issue back to the American people. We thank God for Justice Samuel Alito who authored the majority opinion which was joined by Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. The recognition and reassertion of the original intention of the language of our constitution as the national founding document is crucial for security and blessing for future generations. This decision affirms that blessing.

With praise and thanksgiving in our hearts and the song of the Lord in our mouths, we celebrate this mighty victory in our courts! We thank God for all of the watchmen and intercessors who have been fasting, praying, and turning out to peacefully speak for the voiceless these many years.

We continue to lift up our courts, asking God to give us godly judges who rule over our land with justice and who will protect our unborn children. We pray protection for our Supreme Court justices and for all those working on behalf of the unborn in every state and city. We bind the antichrist spirit, anarchy, and rebellion leading to violence that would raise its head in light of this decision. We are joyful in our Lord, the God of angel armies, and give Him the highest praise!
