Watch Focus - Feast of Tabernacles

As we enter the season of the Feast of Tabernacles, may we experience Jesus’ invitation on the day of the feast saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink...He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water,” (John 7:37-38). This is the season of great joy for the Jewish people as they rejoice in the harvest, rejoice for the former and latter rain, and rejoice in God’s covenant and the giving of His Word. We pray that the King in Zion, our Lord, will anoint, release, and protect the ingathering of Jews to Israel from all parts of the world. Through Jesus Christ we have this covenant written upon our hearts, and live in the time of latter rain prophesied in Joel 2: “I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh.” May we experience this joy, drink in the presence of heaven, and rejoice in the Lord. Let God’s supernatural rivers flow as never before. Lord, pour out Your former and latter rain, resulting in a great harvest and confirmed with signs and wonders.

Oil Production

This week, OPEC announced that they will be cutting oil production by two million barrels, setting the stage for supply issues and higher gas prices for America. Lord, release the oil and resources our nation so greatly needs. We ask for a Joel 2 turnaround for America. Give us a seven-fold restoration for all the locusts have eaten. We bind the spirit of lack and destruction, and loose heavenly blessings of economic growth and prosperity so that America continues to be an economic power helping millions across the globe.

Isaiah 11:12, “He will set up a banner for the nations, and will assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.”

John 7:37, 38, “On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, ‘If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.  He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”

Isaiah 12:3, “Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.”

Leviticus 23:33-36, “Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, ‘Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord. On the first day there shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it. For seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. On the eighth day you shall have a holy convocation, and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. It is a sacred assembly, and you shall do no customary work on it.’”

Joel 2:18, 23-25, “Then the LORD will be zealous for His land, and pity His people. Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God; for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you—the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you."
