Watch Focus: Angelic Protection for Our Armed Forces
Pray for peace in Syria as the U.S. military have been fighting Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps after a suspected Iranian-made drone killed a U.S. contractor and wounded six other Americans on Thursday. Pray angelic protection for our armed forces deployed in Syria, the Middle East, Somalia, and other places around the world. Pray for comfort for the families affected by the attack. Keep binding the demonic spirits behind radical Islamic terrorism that is threatening peace and safety in nations around the globe. Remember to pray for the safety of Israel and shalom to Jerusalem. May the Lord, whose name is Jehovah Shalom, restore peace in the Middle East.
Isaiah 2:3, "Many people shall come and say, 'Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths.' For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. He shall judge between the nations, and rebuke many people; they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore."
Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
2 Samuel 22:3-4, “The God of my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; my Savior, You save me from violence. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.”
Psalm 121:6-8, “Surely he will never be shaken; the righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. He will not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His heart is established; he will not be afraid, until he sees his desire upon his enemies.”
Psalm 138:7, “Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand will save me.”
Psalm 32:7, “You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.”
