Watch Focus - Pray for our Borders and Protection for Israel

Pray for our borders as Title 42 is coming to an end this week. Pray for grace for our borders. The United States faces a potentially historic surge of migrants at the southern border. Pray for law enforcement and border control authorities who have been flooded with tens of thousands of migrants coming through the southern border every day. May the authorities have discernment and wisdom to protect this nation from an influx of drugs and drug cartels, terrorists, human traffickers, and the entry of other criminals through the border. Pray for our security and safety. May revival and the spreading of the gospel come to the migrants. Pray rescue and safety for the innocents. Lift up a prayer shield and declare the Lord’s victory with high praise over our borders.

Isaiah 60:18, "Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise."

1 Timothy 2:1, "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men."

Protection for Israel

In answer to hundreds of rockets fired this week on its civilian population, Israel has had to respond with armed force in Gaza. Pray for the Israeli Defense Forces and for innocent civilians on both sides of the conflict. Pray that the terrorist organizations will be brought to justice and that their rocket attacks on Israel will cease. May the Lord give shalom to Israel with His chosen leadership.  May the enemies that plan terrorism fall into confusion and defeat. Pray that the Palestinian population will have leadership that will seek ongoing peace with its Israeli neighbors.

Psalm 122:6,7, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May they prosper who love you.  Peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces.’”

Genesis 12:3, “I will bless those who bless you.”

Amos 9:14,15, "I will bring back the captives of My people Israel...I will plant them in their land, and no longer shall they be pulled up from the land I have given them, says the Lord your God;”

Jeremiah 31:33, “But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people."
